"Literally the worst agency I have ever dealt with. Takes weeks to respond and eventually just stopped responding altogether. Only after I've lodged a formal complaint are they now interested in speaking with me to resolve an issue related to a discount that should have been applied months ago. This agency alone has made me question whether or not to even continue using state farm as my insurance carrier. If/when I do leave for another insurance carrier it will be directly because of this office/agent's lack of concern or even having the courtesy to respond to their customer(s)"
